The blog is about Sarah Malakoff’s new photo book Charta.
Malakoff was born in Massachusetts in 1972. She is now a widely exhibited
photographer and works as the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Malakoff
has several awards including being awarded Fellowships from the Massachusetts
Cultural Council in 2001 and 2011. Malakoff’s work focuses on how physical
items in our home represent who we are. Malakoff also mentions that windows can
either be to control our environment or to let views in. I personally enjoyed the blog because I love interior design. I can easily relate to how what we place in our homes representing ourselves because I feel like I represent myself in that way.
